Since I've Been Loving You  

A slow, smoldering blues that originally appeared on Led Zeppelin III, "Since I've Been Loving You" was one of Led Zeppelin's favorite songs to perform.  Mutating constantly over the years after its live debut in Britain in late 1969, it's a masterpiece of dramatic tension and sheer vibe.  Sizzling solo guitar, wrenchingly emotional vocals and ethereal bass and drum interaction make this classic song a real show-stopper.  "Since I've Been Loving You" was originally scheduled to appear on Led Zeppelin II but was saved for the next album in favor of "Whole Lotta Love".
